Sessions of The Animation Academy are conducted on weekday evenings in Burbank, California.

Each semester lasts for two months, with students renewing every other month when they continue in our program.

CLASS SESSIONS START AT 7:30 PM AND END AT 10:00 PM.

New Student Enrollment - $295 if payment is made by the due date. Late payment for new students is $325.

Returning Students - $195 if payment is made by the due date. Late payment for returning students is $225.

Teen Students must be at least 14 years of age and submit samples of their artwork. An 18 year old student is considered adult.

Payment Deadline for Semester 15.1a is February 1, 2012.

The lead instructor for the Academy's program is Charles Zembillas. He is supported by a dedicated and experienced staff that specializes in the Academy's curriculum.

Our program begins with classes in Character Design I.

Once this class is completed, students may continue with a choice of classes including Character Design II, Character Design III, Background Design and Perspective, Visual Development, Narrative Illustration and Storyboarding. There are advanced levels of each subject..

Our courses are geared towards developing fundamental artistic skills through an animation oriented venue. The Animation Academy is renowned for its training in production design and development and intellectual property development.

The Animation Academy's prerequisite policy is strictly adhered to. A waiver of any prerequisite will be left
solely to the discretion of The Animation Academy.

The Animation Academy is not obligated to offer makeup classes although we make a reasonabe attempt at arranging for
makeups. Students are entirely responsible for their class attendance. Request for a makeup class will not be honored
after 30 days from the completion of the semester.

Class supply lists will be made available at first session.
Come to first session of class with basic materials and be ready to draw.
